Your pipeline is stalled. Your GTM is why. I diagnose what's broken and build the engine that fixes it — without the full-time hire.
Your GTM was built to survive, not scale. That's what Mackeyavelli is for.
Six ways in, built to work in sequence or on their own. Start with a diagnosis, a plan, or the pillar that's already obvious.
One working session. A clear read on what's broken and where to focus next.
A quick, direct working session built to assess your most pressing GTM challenges and opportunities. It's designed to deliver clarity and direction.
One 90-minute to two-hour working session (Zoom or onsite), light prep beforehand, a short written recap after.
Executive alignment on priorities, and a 90-day plan with sequencing and ownership attached.
Designed to align your exec team on priorities and produce a focused 90-day plan: prioritized projects, sequencing guidance, and ownership recommendations.
Four executive working sessions, a GTM diagnosis, a GTM O.S. on a Slide, and a prioritized 90-day project list with sequencing and ownership.
The GTM Operating System is made up of 8 total pillars. I can help with any pillar that's challenging you.
Positioning your sales team quotes back to you, not politely ignores.
For teams with a solid product and an active marketing engine, but positioning and messaging that don't hold together across product marketing, content, demand gen, and sales.
A structured point-of-view process: naming the problems you solve, what you're replacing or improving, and messaging your team can run with immediately.
Predictable pipeline, not pipeline you're crossing your fingers for.
For teams that are busy but not efficient: campaigns are live, reps are working deals, and pipeline still isn't showing up on time or on target.
A map of current and desired revenue plays, a review of what's actually performing, and a Revenue Motions Playbook to guide where you spend and focus next.
The most efficient pipeline you have is the customer base you're underusing.
For SaaS companies that are excellent at winning new logos but underbuilt for everything that happens after the deal closes.
An analysis of customer growth opportunities, identification of your best-fit cohorts and motions, and a focused expansion framework.
A senior operator in the seat, not another slide deck.
Let's TalkFor companies that don't just need a strategy. They need someone accountable for turning it into execution, week over week.
Leadership across positioning, product marketing, demand generation, and customer growth. Cross-functional alignment with sales, product, and CS. Documentation of core GTM processes. Team coaching and an operating cadence.
I get into your funnel, messaging, team, and motion, using the 8-pillar GTM Operating System so nothing falls through the cracks. I find what's broken, what's missing, and what's costing you pipeline.
I build the systems you need for growth: strategy, playbooks, frameworks, and channel logic, all designed to run without me long after the engagement wraps and the invoices stop.
I work alongside your team to put new systems into motion. Not just a handoff deck. No disappearing act. Real partnership until it sticks, and your team can run it alone.
Machiavelli believed the ends justified the means. I believe the ends justify the marketing.
After 15 years running marketing and GTM at companies like SurveyMonkey, Cvent, and GiftTree, I've learned that revenue is the only metric that matters. Everything else is a leading indicator.
I work fractionally with B2B SaaS companies that need GTM clarity fast — and leave every engagement with a system that runs after I'm gone.
I'm a Certified GTM Advisor through GTM Partners' GTM Operating System program, certified across all 8 pillars.
I'm based in Portland, Oregon, where I live with my husband, daughter, and a husky. When I'm not building growth engines, I'm trying to grow a garden (with mixed results and zero help from the husky).
I'm Asha Mackey. This is Mackeyavelli.
A real conversation about what's broken, and whether that means a workshop, a 90-day roadmap, or something bigger.
Book a CallIt's an old nickname from my college bartending days that stuck. Turns out reading a room, knowing what people actually want, and staying three steps ahead translates pretty well to GTM.
That's Nico. Short for Niccolò, Machiavelli's own first name. In The Prince, Machiavelli argued a ruler needs both a lion's strength and a fox's cunning to be successful, but they're different skills and almost nobody has both naturally. Most CEOs and Founders already have the lion part covered: authority, conviction, deciding in public. The fox part is usually the gap: catching a trap before it's obvious, naming a problem before it's comfortable, building a system instead of hiring around the problem. That's what Nico stands for, and it's the part I bring to an engagement.
Evil, no. Misunderstood, yes. Machiavelli built the operating system of political power. But fundamentally he was solving the same problems modern GTM faces today: what actually moves people to act, what forces drive outcomes, what separates strategies that win from ones that just sound good. Replace princes with buyers, and ruthless with relentless, and you get Mackeyavelli.
You get senior GTM judgment without the 12-month ramp, the equity, or the hiring process. I've built the pipeline engine before. I know which levers move it, which initiatives are distractions, and how to get your team running it without me. Most companies at your stage don't need a full-time Head of Marketing yet. They need the expertise of someone who's done it before.
Every engagement starts the same way: we figure out what's actually broken. Where it goes from there depends on what you need — some companies need a 90-day reset, others need an ongoing strategic partner. The GTM clarity call is where we figure that out together.
I'm not the right fit if you need someone to run your paid ads day to day or churn out blog content.
